AI agents and automation
I build AI systems that do real work, not chatbots that say “I don’t have that information” to every second question.
Document processing: invoices, contracts, forms. Extract structured data, route for approval, push to your ERP or CRM. One of my implementations handles 500k+ documents per month.
Internal knowledge agents: connect your company docs, SOPs, product catalogs to an AI that actually answers employee questions. Built on RAG with proper retrieval, not just “paste everything into ChatGPT.”
Workflow automation: n8n and Trigger.dev pipelines that connect your tools. CRM sync, order processing, automated reporting, HR onboarding flows. Self-hosted, no per-execution fees eating your margin.
MCP server development: custom connectors that let AI agents talk to your internal systems (ERP, databases, APIs). This is new tech and almost nobody in Poland does it yet.
Typical engagement: setup fee + monthly retainer for maintenance and new builds.
Fractional DevOps
Need CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, but can’t justify a full-time hire? I work as your part-time infrastructure engineer on a monthly retainer.

How I work
Fixed scope, fixed price for projects. Monthly retainer for ongoing work. No hourly billing surprises, no scope creep without a conversation first.
I work remotely. Most of my clients are in Poland and Scandinavia. Time zones aren’t a problem.
Every automation I build comes with monitoring (Langfuse for AI systems, standard observability for infra). You see what’s running, what’s failing, and what it costs.
